Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leading technology and cloud infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management organization supporting project owners and project management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $85.81 - $92.41/hour
 

What’s the Job?

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Confer with management and other stakeholders regarding project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

What’s Needed?

• 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in Construction and Telecommunications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
