Controls Engineers GCCS

Our client, a leading industrial automation and controls integration company, is seeking a Controls Engineer / Automation Engineer to join their team. As a Controls Engineer / Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Automation, Controls Integration, and Manufacturing Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Controls Engineer / Automation Engineer
Location: Toledo, OH
Pay Range: $43 H/r - $48 H/r

What’s the Job?

• Design, configure, and support industrial automation and control systems.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize Rockwell PLC platforms.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Siemens HMI applications.
• Support system integration, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and support project execution.

What’s Needed?

• Strong experience with GCCS environments, Rockwell PLCs, and Siemens HMI systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within industrial automation environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting automation projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
