Electrical Technician

Our client, a leading organization in electrical manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting electrical assembly and rework activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality and safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $32

What's the Job?

• Support PCBA, harness, and electrical assembly rework activities with precision and efficiency
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, rework, soldering, and inspection tasks within a manufacturing environment
• Adhere to workmanship standards and quality expectations for electrical assemblies, including wire harnesses, PCBAs, and connectors
• Utilize proper tools and documentation discipline to ensure defect identification and safe rework execution
• Read work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and rework procedures to maintain high-quality standards

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting PCBA and harness rework activities in a manufacturing setting
• Soldering experience with a solid understanding of solder workmanship standards
• Background as an electrical technician, manufacturing technician, or rework technician
• Ability to interpret work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and rework procedures
• Knowledge of electrical workmanship standards; IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred
