Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and transportation solutions, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support Department supporting the Fleet Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Analyst

Location: City of Atwater, CA

Pay Range: $40-$46/hr + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Actively engage in the operational uptime of autonomous vehicle fleets by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
  • Interface with operators and capture troubleshooting details in Jira, providing feedback to the Fleet Support Engineering team.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
  • Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards during assigned shifts, supporting a safe working environment.
  • Analyze telemetry data, identify root causes, and implement preliminary diagnostic procedures to resolve fleet issues promptly.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards.
