Fleet Support Specialist

Our client, a leading autonomous vehicle technology company, is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to join their team. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you will be part of the Base Operations department supporting Fleet Operations, Maintenance & Repair, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 Pay: $50.16 

What's the Job?

• Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle repair turnaround times.
• Monitor fleet health, review vehicle issues, and develop action plans to maintain operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate fleet data, repair records, and technical documentation.
• Support reporting on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on parts management, quality inspections, calibrations, and maintenance tracking.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced service, fleet, or automotive environment.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and vehicle maintenance fundamentals.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
