Our client is seeking a Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing/Production support group, helping ensure high-quality diagnostic products are prepared accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, reliable hands-on laboratory skills, and the ability to consistently follow written procedures in a controlled environment.

Job Title: Formulation Technician

Location: Eugene, OR

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Days 6:30 am-3:00 pm Mon - Fri

What's the Job?

  • Prepare and dispense biological reagents, dyes, buffers, and solutions using accurate weighing, pipetting, dilution, mixing, and pH adjustment techniques.
  • Operate laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment, including spectrophotometers/UV-Vis, pH meters, balances, and pipettes.
  • Perform manufacturing activities using aseptic technique while following approved procedures and safety requirements.
  • Complete batch records and other production documentation accurately, and maintain material/product inventories.
  • Support filling, labeling, packaging, and processing of finished products while maintaining quality and consistency.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills, including unit conversions, concentrations, dilutions, weights, and volumes.
  • Ability to safely work with biological and chemical materials both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred.
