HVAC Engineer - Level 1

Our client, a leading provider of commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking an HVAC Engineer Level 1 to join their team. As an HVAC Engineer Level 1, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance Team supporting dialysis clinic facilities across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a highly professional attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Engineer Level 1
Location: Longview, TX
Pay Range: $23.19/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Field-Based)

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems at multiple healthcare facilities.
• Follow daily service routes and complete work orders across designated territories in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
• Conduct general building maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing-related repairs.
• Ensure building systems, equipment, and facility operations meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide professional customer service while interacting with clinic staff, vendors, and patients.

What’s Needed?

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• 1-2 years of commercial or residential HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 150 miles per day between service locations.
• High School Diploma or GED and strong communication and customer service skills.
