Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in water treatment and production facilities, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an integral part of the Maintenance Department, you will support the operational excellence of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to safety and efficiency.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Troy, MO
Pay: $32-$34/hr.

What's the Job?

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment in water treatment and production plants
• Assist with maintenance calls related to HVAC systems, including AC units and rooftop coils
• Conduct routine checks on compressed air systems and other machinery
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime
• Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions and ensure optimal operation

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5-7 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electronic testing devices
