Our client, a global leader in the medical technology and healthcare industry, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be part of the Creative Services Department supporting Marketing, Sales Training, Physician Education, Convention Services, and Internal Communications teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00/hour
What's the Job?
- Create and update marketing collateral, brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, presentations, digital graphics, and training materials.
- Support product launches, conventions, physician education programs, digital campaigns, and internal communication initiatives.
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, mockups, and production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, printers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of Graphic Design experience (internships accepted) or a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations; familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong typography, layout, visual design, organization, and production skills.
- Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
