Maintenance Technician - Level 3

Our client, a leading healthcare facilities organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team supporting multiple healthcare clinics and medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a high level of professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance HVAC Technician
Location: Culpeper, VA
Pay Range: $31-33/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, water heaters, and facility equipment across multiple healthcare locations.
• Complete emergency work orders as the top priority while managing scheduled preventative maintenance assignments.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, patching, and general building maintenance issues.
• Conduct facility safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
• Partner with clinic managers and staff to address maintenance needs and provide exceptional customer service.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, building engineering, or related experience.
• Universal EPA 608 Certification and a valid driver's license required; additional HVAC certifications highly preferred.
• Strong experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, flooring repairs, painting, patching, and general maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED required; Trade School education strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize laptops, mobile devices, work order systems, and communication tools.
