Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Facilities Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085
Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00/hr
What's the Job?
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Conduct equipment failure analysis and root cause investigations to reduce downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS/CMS systems.
What's Needed?
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience using CMMS/CMS systems; PLC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM) with rotational weekend coverage.
