What will you be doing?

  • Lead scrap reduction and corrective action activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Conduct time studies and analyze labor performance.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and provide direction to setup technicians.
  • Troubleshoot production, process, and quality issues.
  • Order and manage production supplies and materials.
  • Monitor and communicate key manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Support production scheduling and daily operational requirements.
  • Provide supervisor coverage during vacations and other absences.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support company safety standards and initiatives

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a production environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Supervisory, team lead, or setup leadership experience.
  • Experience conducting time studies and labor analysis.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field.
