Manufacturing Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the calibration, testing, and repair of production machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $24/hour

Shift: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to specifications in a timely manner.
• Ensure that quality and efficiency standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper calibration of machines.
• Perform accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies, documenting results clearly.
• Develop and execute design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods that support quality standards.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interpret technical schematics.
• Willingness to work on the 1st shift, with a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
