Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality pharmaceutical API and intermediate manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Shift D (3) with a pay rate of $28.00/hr + 14% shift differential

What's the Job?

• Consistently follow and promote proper safety protocols and PPE to team members.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of production areas and equipment, especially when handling potent compounds.
• Utilize written procedures, including batch records and operating protocols, to support manufacturing processes.
• Operate production equipment effectively during manufacturing, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate production status clearly through shift pass-off tools and participate in team-based manufacturing activities.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Life Science field, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related production manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand written protocols and operate production equipment.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Email).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
