Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, Facilities and Maintenance Operations is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Building Engineering team supporting facility operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to manage preventive maintenance and repair work orders with accuracy—which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $36-$40/hr dependent on experience

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to support efficient, safe facility performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and installed systems and components.
• Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and document as-found conditions that impact client occupancy and day-to-day operations.
• Use CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time and submit P-card receipts daily.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license and be available for call-in work as required.
