Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the facility maintenance organization supporting day-to-day operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical troubleshooting skills, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep equipment running efficiently—helping reduce downtime and support reliable client occupancy.

Pay Range:$36-$40/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to support efficient performance and equipment life expectancy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
• Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting as-found conditions that impact satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
• Use CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time and maintain accurate records of past operating experiences; submit P-card receipts daily.

What's Needed?

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Ability to demonstrate multi-skilled technical expertise across electrical, HVAC, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment to complete daily/weekly assignments.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
