Operations & Maintenance Electrician

Our client, a global leader in HVAC, building automation, and facility management solutions, is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As an Operations & Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations & Maintenance Department supporting the Municipal Building Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations & Maintenance Electrician 
Location: Miami, FL
Pay Range: $31.68/hr

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, and repair low-voltage electrical systems in a commercial municipal facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on electrical equipment.
• Conduct testing, adjustments, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with facility operations teams.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5 years of practical low-voltage electrical experience.
• Commercial, industrial, or institutional electrical background required.
• Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Journeyman Electrician License/Card, Low Voltage Certification, or HVAC electrical experience preferred.
