Process Engineer – Drive Continuous Improvement & Manufacturing Excellence

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Typical Daily Duties:

• Develop work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation to support production and quality standards
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED, and value stream mapping
• Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process validation activities
• Train supervisors and team members on new processes, procedures, and product changes
• Support plant safety initiatives and compliance efforts
• Maintain production data, routings, and Bills of Operations
• Coordinate TPM and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements to be Considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least one year of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments
