      Our client, a global leader in the field of industrial, commercial and residential auxiliary power generation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Operations Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with integrating Interconnect Devices between Generators, Energy Storage Systems, EV Chargers, Utility Grid and the home residence. In this role you will have product ownership of these interconnected devices, ensuring they deliver customer efficiencies, enable growth and unluck new potential for the markets 
      Job Title: Product Manager
      Location: Waukesha, WI
      Pay: $130K-$140K plus, benefits

      Key Responsibilities
      Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, working with Firmware, Hardware and Systems and Controls teams. 
      Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
      Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
      Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.

      Requirements
      • Primary Focus: Transfer Switches, now referred to as Interconnect Devices (aligned with business unit terminology).
       
      • Prior Product Manager experience (not an engineer transitioning into a first PM role).
      • Demonstrated ability to:
        • Define product requirements
        • Manage scope and priorities
        • Partner effectively with engineering teams
      • Comfort operating in a technical hardware + firmware environment.
      • Ability to understand and communicate systems-level behavior (grid, power generation, backup power, load control).
