Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay: $130K-$140K plus, benefits
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, working with Firmware, Hardware and Systems and Controls teams.
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.
Requirements
- Primary Focus: Transfer Switches, now referred to as Interconnect Devices (aligned with business unit terminology).
- Prior Product Manager experience (not an engineer transitioning into a first PM role).
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Define product requirements
- Manage scope and priorities
- Partner effectively with engineering teams
- Comfort operating in a technical hardware + firmware environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate systems-level behavior (grid, power generation, backup power, load control).
