Production Supervisor 5

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor 5 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting Production, Quality, and Assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and learning agility, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wentzville MO
Pay Range: $42.01 - $48.18/hour

What's the Job?

• Lead approximately 40 production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive safety, quality, manpower, and production performance objectives.
• Monitor production operations and resolve manufacturing issues in real time.
• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and safety standards.
• Complete production reporting, quality checks, safety audits, and administrative documentation.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience leading hourly production employees in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and workforce management systems; Kronos experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, including overtime and weekend schedules as required.
