Our client, a leading energy technology and power generation company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting cross-functional operations, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Horn Lake, MS
Pay Range: $50/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Track project KPIs and provide data-driven reporting and analytics.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of project management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proven history of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking, risk management, and contingency planning.
