Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1, you will be part of the Readiness & Response Operations team supporting Fleet Operations, Base Operations, and Vehicle Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Mission Readiness Associate 1

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $25.00

 

What's the Job?

  • Support daily fleet operations by ensuring vehicles, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, fueled, and mission-ready.
  • Execute mission preparation procedures, including software launches, configuration verification, data collection, and issue escalation.
  • Provide logistical support for vehicle movement, storage, spare parts management, and inventory readiness.
  • Assist with documentation, vehicle readiness activities, and operational testing support across multiple locations.
  • Support Base Operations and Vehicle Operations teams with technical tasks, vehicle ingest activities, software deployments, and general testing operations.

 

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling throughout shifts.
  • Proven ability to multitask, solve problems under pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
