Readiness and Response Shift Supervisor

Job Title:Readiness and Response Shift Supervisor

Location:Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range:$36

Shifts: 6am - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm or 10pm - 6:30am
 

What's the Job?

• Ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to Zoox standards while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety during your designated shift.
• Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment.
• Manually drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles when needed.
• Verify service VH6s are on the correct PRC before sending them out for service, and assist with readiness paperwork and documentation.
• Support readiness of spare parts and associated inventory, maintain a clean and organized workshop area free of dangerous and/or hazardous material in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines, and support remote working sites.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
• Ability to travel locally (less than 20%).
• Clean driving record with zero points on the record.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets; detail oriented; strong written and verbal communication; honest, responsible, and an outstanding communicator.
