Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance and Engineering departments supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on equipment issues, developing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness
- Champion and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance practices across assigned sites to enhance equipment reliability
- Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans to optimize performance while reducing repair costs
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset reliability risks
- Analyze diverse data sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements
What's Needed?
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within industrial manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Skilled in interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
