Robot Engineer - Fanuc

Our client, a leading automation and manufacturing engineering organization, is seeking a Robot Engineer to join their team. As a Robot Engineer, you will be part of the Automation Engineering Department supporting the Robotics, Controls, and Manufacturing Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hebron, KY
Pay Range: $46 - $55 H/r

What's the Job?

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot FANUC robotic systems.
• Implement and optimize FANUC iRVision 3DV and 2D vision applications.
• Support robotic cell installation, commissioning, startup, and production launches.
• Ensure robotic systems comply with GM Global Robotics Standards (GRS) and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve automation issues and improve performance.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience programming and commissioning FANUC industrial robots.
• Experience with FANUC iRVision, preferably 3DV or strong 2D iRVision expertise.
• Practical implementation experience with GM Global Robotics Standards (GRS).
• Experience troubleshooting robotic systems, vision systems, and automation equipment.
• Experience with robotic cell integration, startup activities, and manufacturing automation.
