Our client, Information Technology and Applications is seeking a SAP Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Analyst, you will be part of the Information Technology and Applications supporting Business Applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication for cross-functional collaboration, and a drive to learn quickly in a structured mentorship environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $45-$48/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Assist in building and testing OData services using the RAP Framework under senior developer guidance.
  • Learn and contribute to UI5/Fiori application development in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), starting with Smart Controls and standard UI annotations.
  • Shadow architecture discussions on Managed/Standalone App Router configurations and gradually take on configuration tasks.
  • Support XSUAA authentication setup and Cloud Connector connectivity tasks with supervision.
  • Participate in functional walkthroughs across EAM (Work Orders, Asset Lifecycle), MM/EWM (Inventory, part replacement), and PP/QM (production planning, quality processes) to build domain knowledge.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field (recent graduate or 0-2 years experience).
  • Working proficiency in Python (core language, scripting, and basic OOP in Python).
  • Foundational knowledge of ABAP, OOP concepts, and/or exposure to SAP through coursework, internships, or academic projects.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/OData concepts) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly in a structured mentorship environment.
