Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation solutions, is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician Team supporting campus operations, building maintenance, and critical infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: El paso, TX

Pay Range: $30/hr 

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical building systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, piping, filters, and related infrastructure.

• Manage and complete work orders through the CMMS system (Corrigo), ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance records.

• Oversee contractors, coordinate repairs, maintain inventory levels, and support building compliance and safety programs.

• Provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff while helping drive maximum building uptime and reliability.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial or industrial facilities maintenance experience.

• Strong HVAC experience with valid EPA Universal Certification and HVAC certification.

• Electrical troubleshooting experience, including knowledge of 120V, 208V, 277V, and 480V systems.

• Experience using CMMS/work order systems (Corrigo preferred, similar systems accepted).

• Experience with mechanical systems, plumbing, boilers, pumps, preventive maintenance programs, and leadership responsibilities.
