Site manager

Our client, healthcare facilities services is seeking a Site Manager 5 to join their team. As a Site Manager 5, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting plant operations across two healthcare sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication skills, a proven track record of facility management and plant operations supervision, and the ability to deliver quality results while meeting regulatory and safety expectations.

Location:Lexington, KY (Primary: Georgetown, KY; Secondary: Paris Community Hospital)

Pay Range: $40 to $43 per hour

What's the Job?

• Serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, partnering with the Regional Manager and Account Director to deliver quality facility management services.
• Supervise and direct plant operations teams, ensuring Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are executed efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related amendments/appendices guiding service delivery.
• Own operational facilities spending performance by monitoring budgets and supporting financial reporting and outcomes.
• Track KPI/SLA performance for Plant Operations/Engineering Services and recommend action plans when performance falls below expectations.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Computer proficiency with CMMS/work order systems.
• Ability to meet client expectations for leadership presence, including meeting with C-suite stakeholders and demonstrating daytime leadership effectiveness.
