Supervisor - Materials III

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Production, Quality, and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Detroit, MI.
Pay Range: $32.00 - $37.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production and operating employees.
• Implement initiatives to improve production methods, equipment performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Review operational performance and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems.
• Prepare production reports, monitor product standards, and oversee employee performance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with machinery, equipment maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
