Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking a Test Engineer L2 to join their team. As a Test Engineer L2, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Testing and Validation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Engineer L2

Location: Raymond, OH

Pay Range: $40 - $45

What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement detailed test plans and procedures for design parts and components within your area of specialty.
  • Set up and operate test equipment to conduct moderately complex tests, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, predict performance issues, and identify potential failures.
  • Document test results clearly in reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations for design improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop countermeasures and ensure products meet design and regulatory standards.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in test engineering, with a focus on testing and validation processes.
  • Proficiency in applying engineering principles and analysis tools to develop test plans.
  • Experience preparing test specifications, standards, and schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
