Trainer - Mission Readiness Service

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and mission readiness operations, is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the Mission Readiness Service Team, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and Functional Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Los Angeles, CA 

Pay Range: $38.33

What's the Job?

• Provide classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, coaching, and feedback to new and experienced operators on standardized operating procedures.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, simulations, audits, and performance reviews while delivering constructive feedback.
• Partner with Training Supervisors and stakeholders to identify training gaps and improve learning outcomes.
• Assist with the development, review, and maintenance of training materials and curriculum updates.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining proficiency in Mission Readiness procedures and fulfilling required monthly service activities.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 months as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member and 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry.
• Strong understanding of Mission Readiness procedures, operational processes, and training methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and coach learners effectively.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%; must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
