Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse and production employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Belleville, MI
Pay Range: $36.29/hr. - $41.48/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Oversee warehouse employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational objectives.
• Conduct daily team meetings, plan workloads, and support shift performance optimization.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address workplace concerns as needed.
• Implement problem-solving and workplace organization processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop rules, quality procedures, and payroll timekeeping requirements.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or business school training.
• Training in a skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of supervisory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, scheduling systems, and basic technology applications.
