Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Production, Logistics, and Distribution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

  Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 

  Location: Pontiac, MI

  Pay Range: $36-$41/hr

What's the Job?

• Oversee warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals.
• Conduct daily meetings, workforce planning, employee coaching, and performance management activities.
• Utilize Quality Network, A3 problem-solving, and Workplace Organization (WPO) processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform payroll timekeeping updates, safety observations, SOP audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse and shift performance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma plus technical/business school training or equivalent technical education.
• 10+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or operations supervisory experience.
• Experience leading hourly employees in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling systems, payroll/timekeeping systems, safety procedures, and quality control practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
