What’s in it for you?

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour
• Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Schedule:  2 days per week in person
  • Monday must be one of the day, flexible on the 2nd day

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Consumer Relations Business Unit 
• Handle inbound consumer communications via phone and email
• Respond to general inquiries and provide administrative and fulfillment support
• Process letters, packages, and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Review reports and data to ensure accuracy across workflows
• Support daily operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What do you bring?

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and look beyond immediate tasks to optimize outcomes
• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, CRM systems, and handling administrative duties
• Ability to manage both repetitive tasks and evolving responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with user‑generated content platforms (Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr) or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
