Our client, a leader in the high-tech industry specializing in semiconductor and data center solutions, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Memory Business Unit supporting training and collateral alignment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $54.88

Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours

What's the Job?

  • Define and coordinate training and collateral needs throughout the Product Lifecycle Management process.
  • Collaborate across Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Engineering teams to gather input and validate training requirements.
  • Assign content creation and presentation responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of training materials.
  • Track progress and ensure readiness for scheduled training sessions and collateral releases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs, with a background in instructional design or organizational development.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in training, L&D, or related fields within the high-tech or semiconductor industry; familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management processes is a plus.
