Systems Testing Associate - Launch Your Career with a State Agency

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment Length: Long-Term Contract

We're hiring Systems Testing Associates for an immediate opportunity in Augusta! Our client is seeking detail-oriented professionals to support critical system testing and quality assurance initiatives in a collaborative government environment.

If you have experience supporting business systems, testing software, documenting processes, coordinating implementations, or driving quality and compliance initiatives, we'd love to hear from you. We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including financial services, healthcare, government, manufacturing, logistics, and enterprise support environments, who are passionate about improving processes and ensuring successful outcomes.

In this role, you'll help validate system changes before implementation by reviewing requirements and change requests, executing testing scenarios, documenting results, identifying issues, and collaborating with project teams to ensure system updates perform as expected.

Typical Daily Duties:

• Review system change requests, requirements, and documentation to develop testing scenarios
• Execute test plans and test scripts, document results, and identify and report defects
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure testing accuracy and completeness
• Research and analyze information to support recommendations and business decisions
• Assist with process documentation and quality assurance activities
• Collaborate with project teams and end users to resolve issues and support successful implementations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with software testing, QA/UAT, operations support, or business process documentation
• Experience participating in the systems project life cycle, including requirements review, quality assurance testing, and implementation support
• Ability to test software updates, follow test scripts, document results, and identify/report defects
• Strong analytical, research, computer, and business writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with end users and project teams
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and fingerprinting process
