- Maintaining a professional relationship between child and parent by being non-judgmental
- Taking detailed notes while supervising visits, along with written and oral communication
- Supporting the participants whether it is a positive or negative visit
- Familiarizing yourself with safety concerns to share or take action on if needed
- Valid driver's license, insured motor vehicle, and clean driving record
- Ability to sit, squat, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to testify in court, if requested by Court or Subpoena
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
