Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated CMM Programmer to join their team. As a CMM Programmer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Control Department supporting the Metrology Lab. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CMM Programmer

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $60,000-75,000

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Develop, run, and modify programs to layout parts, components, and fixtures using Metrologic software.
  • Generate accurate reports based on layout data to meet customer specifications.
  • Support the metrology lab with training, customer interface, and fixture design reviews.
  • Execute blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot existing programs and reports to improve quality and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience programming quality CMM equipment.
  • Proficiency with PCDmis or Metrologic software preferred.
  • Experience with sheet metal and plastic automotive parts programming is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, statistics, and measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
