Powder Paint Booth Technician

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Powder Paint Booth Technician to join their team. As a Paint Booth Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the paint line team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:   Powder Paint Booth Technician

Location: Appleton, WI

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate powder paint booths and paint systems
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on painting equipment and booths
• Inspect product finishes to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist in loading and unloading parts on the paint line
• Support other areas of the department as needed, including installing nuts and supporting production flow

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to cross-train in all areas of the paint department
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols
