Carpenter

Our client is seeking a Light Carpenter to join their team. As a Light Carpenter, you will be part of the Fulfillment/POP area supporting fast-moving production and customer-ready display builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and the drive to get results in a team environment—so you can help create sales display boards, jigs, fixtures, and support tradeshow pod construction.

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $23-$25

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Perform light carpentry work to build, deconstruct, and reconstruct photo sets featuring company products
• Assist in construction of tradeshow booth displays, including support for tradeshow pods
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete build tasks accurately
• Complete quality control checks, including using a caliper to verify product details
• Support warehouse and production needs while keeping the work area clean and safe

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Ability to accurately complete shift paperwork and identify/verify product and labels
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, walking, and standing
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment physical health evaluation
