Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Food Prep Worker to join their team. As a Food Prep Worker, you will be an essential part of the kitchen operations supporting the culinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 7.5, Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM
What's the Job?
- Prepare and portion food items according to production requirements and sanitation standards
- Use daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow safety protocols and proper knife handling techniques
What's Needed?
- Minimum one-year prep work or food service-related experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, temperature control, and sanitation practices
- Ability to read and write to facilitate effective communication
- Mathematical skills for measuring and portioning ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
