Grocery Store Associate

Our client, retail grocery is seeking a Grocery Store Associate to join their team. As a Grocery Store Associate, you will be part of the store operations team supporting the grand opening of a new supermarket in Chino Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—so you can help the store run smoothly from day one.

Job Title: Grocery Store Associate

Location: Chino Hills, CA

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: flexible retail hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What's the Job?

• Dishwasher: Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a sanitary work area.
• Bagger/Cashier: Assist customers, bag groceries, operate cash registers, and provide excellent customer service.
• Cart Handler (Cart Pusher): Collect shopping carts, assist customers as needed, and help maintain a clean and safe parking lot.
• Support a welcoming, organized shopping experience during a high-energy grand opening period.
• Follow store procedures to help maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to get to the Chino Hills, CA location.
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful, respectful attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying dependable.
• Must be available to work flexible retail hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
