Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. As a Prep Cook, you will be part of the culinary support team, contributing to the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Prep Cook
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $18.00
Shift: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred)
What's the Job?
- Assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold foods according to recipes and instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and kitchen equipment
- Support team members in food prep tasks, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment by being reliable and punctual
What's Needed?
- 0-1 year of related experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks
- Open availability to work different shifts, including weekdays and weekends
