Associate Manager Web/Ecommerce Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the health and wellness industry, is seeking an Associate Manager Web/Ecommerce Analyst to join their team. As an Associate Manager Web/Ecommerce Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Analytics team supporting the eCommerce and website reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent storytelling abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Manager Web/Ecommerce Analyst

Location: West Hills, CA

Pay Range: $56- $62

Shift: 1st (9am-5pm)

What's the Job?

• Build and drive website and eCommerce reporting to support business decisions
• Design and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing analytics and cross-functional teams to share insights
• Provide analytics leadership and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that inform business growth

What's Needed?

• Strong business acumen with a passion for data-driven decision making
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Robust technical toolkit including analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Prior experience in web analytics or eCommerce is a plus, but not required
