Program Manager

Our client, a growing aerospace and supply chain solutions organization, is seeking a Direct Hire Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Commercial team supporting key customer accounts, operations, and cross-functional business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager (Direct Hire)
Location: Remote Bethpage, NY (Preferred) | Texas Considered
Compensation: $85,000- $100,000
What’s the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a major customer account, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Manage customer programs valued between $35M and $90M annually and oversee project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing updates on order status, timelines, and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, quality, and leadership teams to support program success and customer satisfaction.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations within aerospace, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing customer needs, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
