Project Manager V

Our client, a leading organization in strategic business transformation, is seeking a Project Manager V to join their team. As a Project Manager V, you will be part of the Strategic Programs department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influence skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract - Project Manager V

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $71.94

What's the Job?

• Lead the organization’s most complex, high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to improve operational performance, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop integrated execution plans, managing dependencies, risks, and resource needs across multiple programs.
• Build organizational alignment and facilitate decision-making during executive meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.

What's Needed?

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience managing geographically dispersed project teams and fostering collaboration.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-wide business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to define strategy and drive execution.
• Strong background in organizational change management and influencing senior leaders within matrixed organizations.
