Quality Inspector

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing operations, supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Brookshire, TX

Pay Range: $33hr

Shift: 3rd shift

• Sunday - Tuesday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other Wednesday
• Thursday - Saturday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other Wednesday

What's the Job?

• Inspect and evaluate components, subassemblies, and finished products, including electro-mechanical assemblies, welding, powder coating, and final assembly operations.
• Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming parts and quality concerns to production and quality teams.
• Guide production personnel on proper disposition of materials, including approved use, rework, repair, or scrap decisions.
• Verify production processes meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Support daily production by investigating quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What's Needed?
 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Spot or Mig Welding
• Visual Inspection
• Measuring tools- height gauges, feeler gauges, calipers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
