Our client, Industrial is seeking a Welding Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Welding Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Brookshire, TX
Pay Range: $28
Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other WednesdayThursday - Saturday, 5p - 5a; alternate every other Wednesday
What's the Job?
- Inspect and evaluate assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming parts and quality concerns to production and quality teams.
- Use measuring tools and perform visual inspection to verify workmanship and conformance.
- Support proper disposition of materials by guiding approved use, rework, repair, or scrap decisions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation while monitoring quality trends and emerging concerns.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED.
- Measuring tools experience and visual inspection experience.
- Quality inspection experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defect types and determine appropriate action.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accurate records and inspection documentation.
