Warehouse Leads

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Leads to join their team. As a Warehouse Leads, you will be part of the Inbound/Returns, Outbound, or Inventory team supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong safety awareness, a coaching mindset, and the ability to keep work moving with accuracy and urgency.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: St George, UT

Pay Range: $20.80/hr. to $21.30/hr.

What's the Job?

• Lead day-to-day warehouse activities within your assigned department (Inbound/Returns Lead, Outbound Lead, or Inventory Lead) to support smooth operations.
• Coach and direct associates during shifts to maintain productivity, quality, and safe work practices.
• Support accurate receiving, shipping, inventory handling, and/or returns processing depending on department needs.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track work, support inventory accuracy, and help drive operational performance.
• Help resolve issues on the floor by addressing performance concerns professionally and escalating when needed.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Prior lead, trainer, mentor, or team lead experience (or equivalent shift leadership responsibilities).
• Experience working in one or more areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Shipping, or Receiving.
• Comfort using RF scanners and experience with inventory counts, cycle counts, or inventory accuracy.
• Ability to train or onboard new employees and support a safety-first culture.
