Order Selector

Our client, a leading healthcare supply distribution organization, is seeking an Order Selector / Cherry Picker Operator to join their team. As an Order Selector / Cherry Picker Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Selector / Cherry Picker Operator
Location: Van Buren, MI
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to accurately retrieve, stock, and stage medical supply products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment throughout Southeast Michigan.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment, including Cherry Pickers and Reach Trucks.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete order fulfillment activities with accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards while supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Previous Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights and navigate narrow warehouse aisles.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and remain active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and commit to a 2nd shift schedule (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM).

• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
• Successful completion of a 5-Panel Urine Drug Screen.

• Varicella (Chickenpox) Vaccination.
• Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) Vaccination.
• Current TB (Tuberculosis) Testing.
• Flu
